When applying for the membership in the USRHA, a company should present the following documents:
- Copy of the licence to operate road transport of persons/goods
- Excerpts from the licence
- Excerpt from the State Court Register/ excerpts from the business activity register
- NIP-4, decision about granting the taxpayer identification number
- REGON (National Business Registry Number)
- Copies of the vehicle registry card
- URSHA registry form
- Application to the International Transport Office (BOTM)
